Is it me or is time flying?

My youngest son just got his driver’s permit.  Yikes!

It’s so easy to get caught up with the busyness of life….but it is so important to ‘unplug’ occasionally  from your regular life and take it down a notch.

Russ and I have always been pretty good at prioritizing our relationship and getting away when we can….even if it’s just an overnight.  One of our favorite places is Portsmouth, New Hampshire.  We love Wentworth by the Sea. An old nostalgic hotel that resides just outside of Portsmouth–about 3 miles outside–I can tell you because we ran into the town center and then walked back to the hotel today.  Here I am on my walk back to the hotel with my beloved Starbucks coffee!

….and an outside jacuzzi–very nice too!  Especially when there is a full moon in the sky. 🙂

So…I hope you get some occasional downtime too!   Otherwise…life seems to whizz on by….

…time really isn’t speeding by…We are simply moving too fast!

So…allow yourself a break from your routine…and enjoy those you love best…to do what you enjoy most.
