Hello Friends and FODMAPers!
I am excited to be one of the first to share with you that Rachel Pauls Food has launched a new delicious flavor to their Happy Bar line up! It is my new favorite…Oatmeal Raisin Bliss!
Today’s post is sponsored by my friends at Rachel Pauls Food.
The Oatmeal Raisin Bliss Happy Bars contain wholesome ingredients such as sunflower seeds, raisins, oats, brown rice crisps, flax seed meal with a hint of vanilla and cinnamon adding a wonderful flavor boost.
The bars are sweetened with brown rice syrup and contain brown rice protein contributing to the 8 grams of protein per bar! Happy Bars do NOT contain GMO ingredients and are gluten free too. I am all about eating a mix of macronutrients at every meal and snack time. In addition to the nice dose of protein, Happy Bars contain a good balance of carbohydrates with fiber (3 grams of fiber in each Oatmeal Raisin Bliss bar) and healthy fats via sunflower seeds and flax seed meal.
I packed along a Happy Bar with me this past weekend while perusing the gorgeous New England fall foliage in Maine.
I never know when hunger will strike, so I love having a tasty low FODMAP bar with easily recognizable ingredients when I am on the go. It is so important for the low FODMAP diet follower to pre-plan snacks to avoid unnecessarily veering off the diet and feeling poorly.
Happy Bars make a great option for snacking on the go, post work-out, and when traveling but they also can be a great addition to any meal. I am a huge fan of oatmeal-based breakfasts and the Oatmeal Raisin Bliss Happy Bar can be part of a healthy oat-based breakfast when you don’t have time to whip up a home-cooked meal in the morning.
It makes me so happy that Rachel Pauls Food is committed to making safe food options for the many FODMAPers navigating the low FODMAP diet. Check out the Oatmeal Raisin Bliss and other delicious Happy Bars at RachelPaulsFood.com.
