Hi Kate just discovered you. You were recommend by my dietician here in the uk! This looks great but how many servings is this meant to do & how long will it keep? I am lactose intolerant with a cheese addiction!!! So need strong rules.

You made me laugh out loud, Jennifer. 🙂 Cheese can be addictive, I agree! I believe that 6-8 individuals could enjoy this dip. And it should keep nicely in the refrigerator for 4-5 days.
