Makes 3 burgers
3/4 lb. ground chicken breast
1-2 TB. chopped fresh mint
1/3 cup feta cheese
1 TB. fresh lemon juice
1 TB. oregano
dash salt and pepper
Mix to incorporate ingredients. Form into 3 patties. Grill about 3-4 minutes on each side. Cook until meat is no longer pink in the middle. Enjoy!
