Popcorn is low FODMAP!

Finding flavorful low FODMAP packaged foods can be challenging.  So…I have decided to post my latest market find on my site here. Check back periodically as I update with new favorite grocery store picks!

I always thought popcorn would be low FODMAP…but it is always good to get the official word!

Monash University FODMAP researchers have listed popcorn as low FODMAP in their app! Yipppppeeee! A ‘green light’ portion is 7 cups! Popcorn is one of my favorite snacks.
