These are simple to make and a tasty and super refreshing way to up your fruit intake. The Strawberry Lime pop has a mere 80 calories and the Kiwi Lemon has about 100 calories! Both are LOADED with Vitamin C and a good dose of fiber. A healthy way to cool down on a hot summer day. The popsicle molds can be found at Marshall’s or a local department store’s seasonal section this time of year.
And the Strawberry Lime pop tastes like a daiquiri and is very inviting!
Kiwi Lemon Popsicle
2 large Kiwifruit, peeled
¼ cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (1-2 lemons)
1 ½ TB superfine sugar (I use Domino’s)
Best blended in a food processor or high powered blender. Blend all of the ingredients until all the fruit is pulverized and smooth. Pour into popsicle molds and freeze overnight.
