Hey Friends,
I don’t know about you…but I love making and receiving homemade holiday gifts. My Mom was the “Queen of homemade gifts”. She was in art school at Boston University at 19 years of age when she met the man of her dreams, my Dad. She left school to get married and then went on to have nine kids! Although her college education took a backseat, she continued to fine tune her artistic skills taking local art classes (sewing, painting, cake decorating) and was the BEST homemade gift giver I know!
I thankfully got a touch of her creative genes, which I am very grateful. My three kids did too. Yay!
This holiday season, I decided to inspire the creativity in YOU. I think that inside all of us is a little artist wanting to come out. 🙂 Do you agree?
I worked with a very talented graphic designer, Vanessa Fiori to design this fun project for you!
What you’ll find in this post is a cute downloadable recipe card which provides the ingredients and directions for a yummy low FODMAP Peanut Butter Granola!
Here is the front of the recipe card:

Love the idea of the recipe card! Very creative and “artsy”.
Can you substitute finely chopped nuts for the oats?
Merry Christmas!

You can certainly try. But from a FODMAP perspective–the portion might need to be limited to 2 TB. Most nuts have FODMAPs so are very portion driven. But as always, only limit if it bothers you.
