4 bags of your favorite tea or 1 large green Iced Tea bag from Tazo
4 cups boiling water
1 cup 100% grape juice
Fresh mint
Lemon slices
Directions:
- Simmer tea in boiling water and let reach almost room temperature.

Hi Ginger-
About 1/3 cup of orange or 1/4 grape -100% juice per sitting. General recommendation is about 100cc if in suitable fruit group.
