Lucy

Lucy is our chocolate lab.  We got her December 2009 as a 7 week old pup.  We soon nick-named her “Nez”  because she is the opposite of “Zen.”  Somedays or moments, I should say, she is total Zen, but most of the time she is definitely “Nez”  She gets into just about everything, like butter on the counter top,  undies, socks, napkins, even Q-tips. Now why would any dog want a Q-tip anyway, they can’t taste very good, right?

Here’s a few more pics of my girl…

It’s best to find a nutritionist to help you manage your diet, weight management and nutritional goals. It would not be a good idea for me to offer online nutritional guidance but I can certainly provide a few tips. Rice is very low FODMAP so you could fill up on it or try to add potatoes which are gluten free and caloric too. Protein sources such as fish, chicken or meat are also FODMAP friendly as long as they are prepared without FODMAP ingredients. Then enjoy a serving of low FODMAP fruit and low FODMAP vegetables and of course, healthy fats such as olive oil.

I live in Seattle. Because of the places I go for my work I have a history of parasites (giardia 8 times, just for starters) and my system is now a mess. I can’t find a dietician who fits the bill for me here in town and wondered if I could work with you by telephone and email. Your website is really impressive and you sound like a great person, great at your job.
