Is there a full fodmap food list in the book ?
katescarlata
Henriette–What specifically are you looking for? The checklist is a good place to see what foods are allowed or not OR the Monash University low FODMAP app? The cookbook and menu plans are recipes and menu plans with the allowed foods. Here is the check list link: http://blog.katescarlata.com/fodmaps-basics/fodmaps-checklist/

Hurray! Congratulations and Thank you! I’m going to head out and get plastic slipcovers for the pages & put all the info in a binder, because it will get a lot of use. 🙂 Between these and the app for “on the road,” there’s such great support!
