My book, the Low FODMAP step by step provides the reintroduction phase quidelines in a simple to understand format. Take it slow–you will learn a lot about food and your body. It can be very liberating!

I am a low fodmap diet buy there’s a lot of food on the fodmap online that I can’t have so your cook book recipes I can’t have fructose and low cab, no flour and so on. I need food Ideas because I need to keep on but I don’t want to get sick of eating the same stuff.
