My Low FODMAP Cookbook!

    I’m a new dietitian with many family members with IBS. I can’t believe we didn’t really cover FODMAPs in my undergrad when we talked about IBS. I’m so excited to find websites like yours! Thanks for posting so much info and writing a cookbook!

    I am a low fodmap diet buy there’s a lot of food on the fodmap online that I can’t have so your cook book recipes I can’t have fructose and low cab, no flour and so on. I need food Ideas because I need to keep on but I don’t want to get sick of eating the same stuff.
