PLEASE note--when I first started my blog I incorporated all types of recipes--so stick with recipes that are noted to be low FODMAP or that are in my low FODMAP recipe section.  Sorry for the confusion...but the direction of my blog has changed over time as more of my followers are interested in FODMAPs and I have therefore changed the direction of the blog for them.]]></description>
