You can definitely leave out the coconut--no need to add another ingredient in its place--though I might add a couple tablespoons hemp seeds, maybe, as an alternative. The Earth balance should work too--worth a try! Let me know how they come out!]]></description>

I also see that you said we can use melted butter to replace the coconut oil. I’m guessing vegan butter (like Earth Balance) would work too?]]></description>
