Hi Kate,
First, I want to thank you for the work you put into your website and educating others about the FODMAP diet. I was diagnosed with IBS about 10 years ago. I&#039;ve recently gone through a bad flare-up and have been feeling terrible the past few months. I really  couldn&#039;t determine what was triggering my symptoms. I have been doing the FODMAP elimination diet for almost three weeks now and I feel so much better. I&#039;m so grateful for your site and others who share their knowledge and experience with this diet. It has helped me tremendously. Thank you!
