The Monash team has put together an app for smart phones and the iPad--this is where you will find the most up to date information. Learn more: http://www.med.monash.edu.au/cecs/gastro/fodmap/iphone-app.html

I haven't been able to find the Monash updates. You mentioned brown sugar before, and that they tested it. Can you point me to these updates? Thanks!

I am not sure Sarah. Monash has tested palm sugar and found it to be low FODMAP in 1 TB portion--but I believe coconut palm sugar is different than palm sugar. I have read it has a low GI ---which means it is not absorbed efficiently to create blood sugar--this makes me wary that it may be an issue for some.
