I love Anglefood Cake....but never eat it.
I did have a bit of a gluten free one not long ago, but it was WAY too sweet, and had some ingredients in there I couldn&#039;t pronounce...ick.  But someone meant well, and technically I could eat it, so I had a slice.  disappointment.  (they never knew *wink*)
I rarely eat deserts, but to have a little treat now and then is we...a nice little treat.
I&#039;m excited to venture out and try things like this.

I used to have a recipe for a gluten free...and it was low FODMAP... microwave bun, you made it in a ramikin...just a little over a minute.
it was very quick, easy, and pretty darn good.  I can&#039;t find it anywhere.
If you come across one....  just a thought.
