					<description><![CDATA[Is it too late to try and win this book? I was recently put on a FODMAP diet by my GI and I&#039;m having a hard time eating the right foods because it&#039;s so tricky especially when going out to eat. I&#039;ve cooked two FODMAP recipes and they&#039;ve come out well but I&#039;ve eaten the wrong foods twice in two weeks. I&#039;d be so thankful to get that book to learn how to be more effective in eating the right foods. 

The two FODMAP recipes I found online came from fodmapliving.com. It has been pretty helpful. I mainly just google fodmap recipes and see what Google gives me. 

Thanks Kate Scarlata for providing the grocery shopping list. It has been my FODMAP Bible these past two weeks. :)]]></description>
