So glad that you are doing well on the 21 Day Tummy Diet. Interestingly, I boosted the magnesium in this diet plan as it is a nutrient many American fall short on.  Magnesium seems to play a role in minimize migraines--so I am hopeful that you will continue to have less of them w/ this diet plan!
