Amy--you stumbled upon an old post! YOU are correct Pears are a full of FODMAPs.  When I started the blog I had no intention of dong a low FODMAP diet based blog---but my blog readers predominantly wanted FODMAP info--SO....it evolved into a low FODMAP recipe site. My website developer and I are working on a blog update to help make this more clear for those who visit who ONLY want low FODMAP recipes!]]></description>
