					<description><![CDATA[I am a low fodmap diet buy there&#039;s a lot of food on the fodmap online that I can&#039;t have so your cook book recipes I can&#039;t have fructose and low cab, no flour and so on. I need food Ideas because I need to keep on but I don&#039;t want to get sick of eating the same stuff.
