Hi Cindy, I do hope to get a workshop together–but have 4 talks coming up in October–so need to get these organized before I book out a conference. Stay tuned.

I am a dietitian manager here in Dublin, Ireland. I am always looking for new FODMAP courses/workshops etc.. that would be of use to us in the hospital, in order to help us guide our growing numbers of patients being referred to us for the FODMAP diet.

Unfortunately training opertunities and sharing of knowledge in Ireland is very limited, and sometimes i feel that we are missing something more with our patients. So i am keen to link in with dietitians who also have an interest in this important and emerging area of dietetics.

I see that you did have a workshop in March. It is such a shame you are so fay away it looked excellent, expecially as regards the discussion of SIBO.

I hope you dont mind but I just wanted to ask , do you have available any information/slides from this that i could share with my team? or are you planning any webinars etc… in the future?

My doctor recently suggested I try the low fodmap diet for digestive issues I’ve been having. He heard about it at a conference in the United States and thought it could be useful to me. However, he doesn’t know much about it. I’d like to consult with a dietitian/nutritionist trained in this diet. You mention in one of your posts that two RD from Montreal (where I live) attended one of your workshops. Would you be at liberty to share their names with me? Or otherwise would you know of professionals I could consult with in Montreal?
