Yes, the cream cheese adds a nice surprise--the amount used is very low lactose so should not pose a problem even for those with lactose intolerance. Lactose is in the &#039;wet&#039; part of milk--which is mostly drained off when making cheese. But, this recipe is delicious with or without the cream cheese --so do what you feel is most comfortable.]]></description>
