The low FODMAP diet helped to a degree (and going gluten and dairy free helped even more), but I still had a lot of symptoms. I was finally diagnosed with endometriosis and had surgery for that at the end of last year. I&#039;ve been seeing a pelvic floor PT for endo-related issues but also to help re-learn how to use those pelvic muscles, and it&#039;s been helping a lot!]]></description>
