I&#039;ve been following the FODMAPS diet for awhile now, and for the most part have identified my trigger foods. However, I find that I am now way more sensitive to small amounts of certain foods that I was not as sensitive to prior to starting the FODMAPs diet... What should I do? Incorporate small amounts of the food more regularly into my diet to get my body used to it, or say goodbye to those foods forever? :(]]></description>
