In case you aren&#039;t aware, the FODMAP Friendly Certification Program is the only registered program worldwide, for the testing and verification of FODMAP levels in food products. Our FODMAP Friendly approved logo can be found on packaged foods across Australian shelves, and we are now in the process of testing and certifying US, UK and European foods too!
We&#039;ve made shopping for foods low in FODMAPs easier, as consumers can just look for our green, round logo on products that have been independently laboratory tested.
There is also an official FODMAP Friendly App, which Kate has written about before.

My five-year-old daughter was recently put on a low FODMAP diet to see if it will help her functional abdominal pain, although I suppose we&#039;re really not fully on the diet yet as he doesn&#039;t want to take us off of gluten until after we&#039;ve tested for Celiac.  The doctor gave us very little guidance.  Your website has been very helpful while we look for a local dietitian.  Thank you, again.]]></description>
