					<description><![CDATA[I made these Potato Zucchini little pancakes and them were yummy!
I used fresh shredded potato, shredded zucchini, chives, salt, olive oil, 1 egg, little brown rice bread crumbs and fresh shredded Parmesan. I made little patties and baked them at 350 degrees on a sprayed cookie sheet for 30 minutes turning them over after 15 minutes.]]></description>

I froze mine down from the summer and only have 1 chocolate cake recipe I make with it so this would be a good switch up!]]></description>
