This was very informative. Thank you :-)
I make my own flour from rice in a coffee grinder. It's so cheap and easy :-)
I suppose it's low fodmap bacause I don't add anything. I don't have any reactions to it.

I know Joseph!! It is very counterintuitive!....Drives me crazy, really. I think commercial almond milk is low FODMAP b/c it barely contains almonds. Canned coconut milk has been tested and is low FODMAP ---but the boxed commercial coconut milk is high. Go figure! I think it will vary though brand to brand!

Wow! Not only is the info about rice counterintuitive, but so is the info about low fodmap types of milk. I would have thought that almond milk would be high fodmap and rice milk low. What about Coconut milk? Has that been tested?

This is very useful...glad that I can now try Bob's Red Mill 1 to 1 flour; I already use King Arthur m-p gf free flour; make some great muffins with that! I make pumpkin-banana muffins and have 1 each day. I also have GERD, will you be doing an article soon on a Low-Fodmap/Gerd diet and menus?
