Dear Kate, Thanks so much for all your wisdom and dietary advice. I am in Australia and use the Monash and Sue Shepherd pages for initial information, but your website is my go-to page for updated information and interesting recipes - even if I have to translate to Southern Hemisphere seasons! I lived in the US for a number of years so that is no hardship. Thanks again.

Dear Kate,
Thank-You for all you have done and continue to do. When I read your write up in the Suburban Woman of DuPage Co.,IL., Nov. 15,2010 issue, while taking my husband to the eye doctor, my world was enlightened. I knew I couldn't eat a lot of foods but didn't know why. I knew I had Lactose Intolerance, and read a lot about different types of sugars such as glucose, galactose, but didn't really understand what it all meant. And I also knew that after 10 yrs. on a Gluten Free diet did not help, I still could not eat all those fruits & vegetables that are suppose to be so good for one. And thank-you for being so kind as to answer questions.
