Yes, Chris, most definitely. You can also blend the fruits with the yogurt and add them to paper cups and freeze them. Get creative. Lot's of fun treats can be made with lactose free yogurt and low FODMAP fruits!

Love this...do you think you could freeze the mixture and scoop and serve for those of us who don't have pop molds? Always looking for a sweet treat to enjoy after a meal. Happy 4th Kate!

Madeleine and I were thrilled to see this post! The Green Valley vanilla yogurt (plain and with granola, in smoothies, etc.) has been a HUGE hit here and I'm sure these pops will be great, too. Thank you VERY much! Happy Fourth!

You can use fresh garlic in oil to infuse flavor and then remove garlic b/4 consumption. Fructans are water-soluble fibers so won't leach into the oil when you cook it. For the elimination phase of the diet--we recommend avoiding event the small amounts of onion in broth.

Thanks Kate for your creative recipes and helpful information. I always learn something new from your blog and readers' questions.
I am following the low FODMAP diet. One problem I have is digesting fructans. I understand I can use garlic infused oil for cooking. Is this the same as using fresh garlic cloves (elephant garlic to be exact) in olive oil during cooking and just removing the cloves before eating?
Also, is a small amount of onion powder in Pacific Life chicken broth a problem?
Thanks for your help.
