Theresa, I think a variety of flours could easily sub in--just bear in mind--coconut flour has not yet been tested. And the cut off for almonds is 10 so would not equate to too much flour.  But the overall recipe doesn&#039;t call for too much flour--so try different varieties and see how you do!]]></description>
