Not a huge fan of protein drinks...  too many ingredients to tease out--not sure why anyone would really need it?! 
Vitamin supplement ingredients to avoid mannitol, sorbitol, fructose.  Stevia without added FODMAP ingredients should be okay. Check label of the product you are considering....and regular table sugar is FODMAP friendly as is maple syrup--just keep portion reasonable...1 TB per sitting perhaps max. though tolerance is variable person to person.]]></description>
