I&#039;m a huge fan of trail mix- mostly because it is shelf stable and I can get a BUNCH of different ingredients in the bulk section of the grocery store. Sometimes I have a brain cramp when deciding what to put in my mix so I created a table. You can find it here (http://www.eathealthybeactive.org/2012/06/pick-n-choose-snack-mix/)

As a dietitian I try to make a larger proportion of the mix healthy items while still making it fun with items like chocolate chips!
