					<description><![CDATA[Thanks for the response!  Will a product label always say &quot;high fructose corn syrup&quot; if it has it in there? All of the marshmallows I&#039;ve looked at just say &quot;corn syrup&quot;, but also say &quot;natural and artificial flavors&quot;.  I&#039;ve also noticed this on a lot of candy.  I&#039;m assuming Skittles are a no-no for the low FODMAP diet, but I don&#039;t see anything on the label that looks bad.  Is it possible some of the sweeteners that are supposed to be avoided on the low FODMAP diet are hidden in those &quot;natural and artificial flavors&quot;? Or do they HAVE to list sorbitol, etc.  I am just still confused about which ingredients to avoid I guess :)]]></description>
