approx. 1 tsp. Montreal Steak Seasoning

Cut the polenta into 1/2 inch cubes. Toss with olive oil and seasoning. Cook in a small skillet on medium heat, stirring occasionally, until browned on all sides.  

I&#039;m thinking of trying them with your Brussels sprouts hash recipe.]]></description>
