Frosted Two-Bite Low FODMAP Brownies

What says, “I love you” better than a little chocolate frosted treat?

A little frosted low FODMAP two-bite brownie, that’s what! 🙂

I whipped these little guys up after a morning in clinic w/ patients. I have to say, I like switching from my science mind to my creative cooking mind to keep my mind and body balanced. 🙂

I created this brownie bite recipe with the FODMAPer in mind for the Valentine’s day holiday…but really these can be enjoyed as a treat on any old day.

The recipe yields 12 bites and like most gluten free baking treats are best enjoyed the day of baking.

If you are looking for other low FODMAP dessert inspo for your Valentine with a sensitive tummy…I also love whipping up dark chocolate dipped fruit. All you need is suitable melted semi-sweet chocolate chips, fruit (I love dipping bananas, clementines, strawberries and pineapple) and sprinkles if need a little extra love. Check out my post on chocolate dipped fruit, here.

Valentine’s Day has always been kind of a big deal w/ Russ and I.  So…we are off for an escape into the city, dinner out, window shopping at my favorite spots, and just taking in all that the wonderful city of Boston has to offer. I hope you enjoy the love this Valentine’s day too.
