It’s all Greek for me!

 

I love Greek yogurt because it has a boat load of protein, about 20 grams per cup and that keeps me nice and full.  It has a lower lactose content too which makes it easier on my sensitive stomach.

Yogurt has many health benefits.  I especially like it for it’s hearty dose of probiotics.  Probiotics are live bacteria that have been shown to help digestive health and your immune system.

I love my Greek yogurt plain and so does Lucy.  Extra sugar isn’t good for me and definitely not good for Lucy.  As an occasional treat, Lucy enjoys a small scoop of yogurt and a few blueberries.  Sometimes I give her half of my snack and sometimes she just helps herself!
